Polish media company Agora S.A. chooses Jobbex Job Board
Software
Agora is one of the biggest and most recognized media
companies in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe,
principally engaged in the publishing of daily newspapers,
magazines and periodic print media. The Company's publishing
portfolio includes Gazeta Wyborcza, Polish daily newspaper;
Metro, free newspaper, and 13 magazines. Additionally,
it is present in the advertising and radio sectors.
Agora S.A. is also the owner of Gazeta.pl Internet Portal.
Jobbex worked closely with Agora S.A. to implement a
customized job board to meet their employment centre
requirements and high traffic.

Alberta Economic Development selects Jobbex for online
career site for the official site of the Government
of Alberta
Alberta Economic Development is one of 23 government
ministries within the Alberta Government structure.
AED is the marketing arm of the Alberta Government.
AED works in partnership with business, industry associations,
other provincial ministries and governments to create
a positive economic planning framework for the citizens
of Alberta. AED needed a career site for the official
website of the Government of Alberta. Jobbex worked
with AED’s to understand underlying business needs
and to provide them with customized solution to power
their career site.

Site
Jobbex launches NBC 29 "Job Spot". NBC's "Job Spot"
is an interactive, full featured job board. NBC’s Job
Spot has been promoting businesses and their recruiting
needs to their weekly viewers over six years. Jobbex
worked closely with NBC to successfully implement a
customized and powerful job board that can handle high
traffic. Jobbex has designed the job board to be easily
maintained and managed by our client. Jobbex powers
online career centers for several other high profile
media companies, including over a hundred other niche
job boards.

Jobbex launches Optometry's Career Center (OCC) the
online optometric opportunities board for the American
Optometric Association, which includes both jobs and
practices for sale. Jobbex powers online career centers
for several other high profile associations including
the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Optometric
Association, HR.com and AIRS directory, including over
a hundred other niche job boards.

Avidweb Technologies Inc., relocates corporate office
to 3633 West Lake Ave., Ste 413 in Glenview, IL 60025
to accommodate company’s growth. Adding almost twice
the space, the new facility will accommodate the growing

Jobbex expands services to offer fully managed Job Board
solutions. Through the Jobbex ASP (Application Service
Provider) solution, customers are able to outsource
their job board hosting, management, technical maintenance
and payment collection to Jobbex for a flat monthly
licensing fee.

Avidweb Technologies Inc. introduces managed hosting
services to users of Jobbex. As a managed hosting provider,
clients now have the option to host their job board
on their server of choice or on our in-house dedicated
servers optimized only for Jobbex.
